For over ten years, AYT has been operating as a proud (and somewhat kooky) project of Ashfield Council, creating theatre for, and by, young people. Thankyou Ashfield for supporting us! AYT works with four neighbouring Inner West Council areas: Burwood, Canada Bay, Leichhardt and Strathfield providing opportunities for young people to make their creative mark on their local communities. Yep, we love it here.
At AYT, young people work with professional performance makers to develop new skills and bring their ideas to life!
If you’re between the ages of 13-25 and interested in acting, writing for the stage, design, technical production, music, new media – or if you don’t really know and you just want to try something out – we want to hear from you. We want to know who you are… come play and create with us.
